Our Mission & Philosophy
“To awaken a love for God, a desire for learning and service to others.”
It is our purpose to provide a Christ-centered academic environment where students are nourished spiritually, intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally.
We believe that while knowledge of facts and the ability to think are necessary for a person to succeed in life, they are not all-inclusive.
We believe that serving God gives us purpose, inspires a sense of identity, and motivates us to serve our community.
Our Staff
Jenny Neil
Principal, 1st-2nd Grade Teacher | B.S. Elementary Education, minors in French, and Religion, M.Ed. Reading & Literacy
Greetings! I teach 1st and 2nd grade. Teaching has been my joy and passion for over twenty years. My husband and I have two children, River and Summer. As a family, we love to snow ski, enjoy Lake Powell every year, mountain bike, and enjoy God’s great outdoors. My desire as a teacher is to create a positive learning environment for my students, to help them become lifelong learners, and most importantly to know Jesus as their friend and Savior.
Sheila Armstead
Teacher: PK and Kindergarten | Pre-K Head Teacher
Hi, I’m Sheila Armstead. My heart love is helping kids become life long learners. Our classroom is relationship-based. We learn that Jesus is crazy about us and that we are created in His image. Through social and emotional skills, friendships are formed, and life skills are developed. I am a proud grandma of 6 grandbabes, 4 married sons, and have been married to my best friend for 33 years.
Kari King
Teacher: 3rd-5th Grade | B.A. Elementary Education
I’m Kari King and I teach grades 3-5. I have been teaching over 30 years and love spending time with kids. I love watching my students learn and grow academically, as well as in their friendships and their relationship with Jesus Christ. Each student is wonderfully special to me and teaching them is my great privilege. My husband of 32 years, Robert, and I enjoy spending time with our two grown college-age daughters, Natalie and Lauren. Our family shares a love of hiking, biking, waterskiing, and snow skiing.
Cassie Henry
Teacher: 6th-8th Grade | B.S. Chemistry, minors in Biology and Forensics, M.A. Teaching
Hello! I’m Cassie Henry and I teach 6th-8th grade. There is nothing better than watching a young person have an “a-ha!” moment and seeing their confidence grow when they learn something new. I believe that a growth mindset and grit are the keys to unlocking success and that everyone can learn. When I’m not working I love to be out in the woods exploring with my husband.
Brenda Dederer

Organizations
Home & School Association
The Home & School Association serves to draw the home, church and school closer together into a positive working relationship that fosters a cooperative and understanding spirit of the school’s program. Parents are encouraged to actively participate in Home & School sponsored activities.
Why should you get involved in Home and School?
Studies show that students who have parents that are involved in their education do better in school. You help decide where the fundraising money is used. As a team, we help Three Sisters Adventist Christian School be the best it can be!
Some of the objectives of Home and School are:
1. Encouraging parents to visit the school
2. Providing volunteer services as requested by the school
3. Assisting financially in providing the school with additional classroom equipment and materials.
School Board
The School Board is comprised of constituent members selected to provide direction in setting school policy.
School board meetings are held at 6:00 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month. They are open to parents and constituent church members, except during executive sessions.
Student Life Photo Gallery
We pride ourselves in the fun we have while learning! Play is the number one way for children to learn – it helps them retain what they are being taught, and it also helps develop a love for school and education. Here are some photos from over the years of our many field trips, extra-curricular activities, and special events.
